Thank you Lord! We received an offer over the weekend and after a bit of negotiation, we should be entering into escrow this week! Yea! There are still a few loose ends to tie up so we don't want to get the cart too far ahead of the horse, but we are just so grateful for the way things are turning out. God is so good!
